All
extended abstracts shall be submitted in electronic format, as MS Word
files, or Adobe pdf files, to gposadav@iingen.unam.mx
Each
extended abstract’s content – in English - shall permit
to the participants to focus their interest on it, It shall be comprehensive,
correctly edited, not contain printing errors (possibly …if it
happens, it will not be our fault) and, if you pardon us, be readable
and understandable.
It
shall include:

A header, with the indication of the Conference present in the form
(Capitals, Centered; Times New Roman, 8 pt, positioned 1.5 cm from the
border).
·
A precise, self explanatory final title. The title shall be identical
to the one chosen for the initial abstract.
·
Name/Names of authors
and co-authors ( the name of the principal author shall be underlined).
·
The organization/s
you belong to, the address of the organization, and the corresponding
e-mails of each author.
·
Maximum 5 keywords
sufficient to individuate the relevant topics.
·
Maximum 4 pages
all included.
·
Formulas, figures,
tables or pictures, have to be black or grey scale (no color).
·
Conclusions.
·
References.
Editing
instructions for the Abstracts – in particular the 4 page limit
- shall be strictly followed. The Organizing Committee will eventually
revert to the Authors to modify, shorten or revise the Abstracts.
The
editing shall be as follows:

·
Margins: upper 2.5cm,
lower 2.0 cm; sides 3.0/2.5 cm (mirror arrangement for front/back printing)
·
Interline: single;
·
Character: Times
New Roman
·
Character size:
title, 14, bold, center (capital letters only as necessary) –
authors, 11, regular, capital letters, center – organization,
11,regular,centered – keywords, 11, italic, bold, center –
Abstract, 12, bold, left – text, 10, regular, justified
·
Paragraphs: spaced
by one single line
·
For uniformity of
language, the use of American English is recommended.
·
Please do not include
any formula, figure or image.
